Instant Opinion Terms and Conditions

  1. All terms and conditions are subject to change.

Opinions rendered through the Australian Memorabilia Association (AMA) Instant Opinion are non-transferable, by purchasing a opinion the customer agrees to the following: (a) only the original purchaser of the Instant Opinion is entitled to a $20 credit off of the AMA’s regular authentication price, and submit it to the AMA within 14 days. (b) Instant Opinion shall not be reproduced or distributed to any third party without the AMA’s expressed permission.
  1. Certification and authentication involves an individual judgment that is subjective and requires the exercise of professional opinion, which can change from time to time. Therefore, the AMA does not guarantee that any opinion rendered through Instant Opinion will agree with the opinion rendered by AMA once the item is submitted for full authentication, as such, the AMA makes no warranty or representation and shall have no liability whatsoever to the customer for the opinion rendered by Instant Opinion with respect to any item, including, but not limited to, losses or damages incurred by any person as a result of relying upon any Instant Opinion in connection with the purchase (or non-purchase) or sale of any item.
  1. All fees paid to the AMA are NON-REFUNDABLE once the order for Instant Opinion is placed, except, for those items in which AMA is unable to render an opinion.
  1. The AMA authenticators will only evaluate a single item per Instant Opinion, except for auction lots from nationally recognized auction houses, which may contain a grouping of items. The opinion rendered by the AMA is limited to only those autographs which are visible in the images provided.
  1. The rights and obligations of both you and the AMA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, excluding its choice of law rules. By your submission of items to the AMA, you hereby (a) agree to all of the terms and conditions listed above (b) submit yourself to the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of NSW, Australia and (c) expressly waive any venue or jurisdiction to which you may otherwise be entitled by your present or future domiciles.
